Summary

Senior software engineer with more than ten years of production .NET and distributed systems. Since 2024 I have worked with coding agents.

Through my own company I deliver features of production applications, working with coding agents. I take a business requirement from the moment the team accepts it to the release, and I make sure it works. I also set up the environment in which agents work autonomously or close to it.

I publish my tools for coding agents as open source under MIT. Yggdrasil checks every change against the architecture rules. ResearcherSkill has 250+ GitHub stars.

Experience

April 2026 to present

Senior Software Engineer · Own Company

Through my own company I deliver features of production applications, working with coding agents. I take a business requirement from the moment the team accepts it to the release, and I make sure it works. I also set up the environment in which agents work autonomously or close to it.

January 2025 to April 2026

Senior .NET Software Engineer · Betsson Group

I worked on a rewards and campaigns platform used by millions of people in several markets. It handled 100k+ transactions a day.

  • I migrated core services from .NET Framework to .NET 8.
  • I moved messaging from MSMQ and RabbitMQ to Apache Kafka.
  • I implemented high-concurrency patterns with Microsoft Orleans.
  • I helped move the platform to Kubernetes.
  • I took part in the support rotation: incidents, diagnostics, fixes and better observability.

.NET 8, .NET Framework, C#, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Microsoft Orleans, Couchbase, MS SQL

March 2024 to December 2024

Contract .NET Engineer · EcoVadis and other clients

I worked as a contract .NET engineer for several clients, one of them EcoVadis.

  • At EcoVadis I refactored the data access layer to remove the MSDTC dependency, so the services could move to Kubernetes without rewriting the business logic. That unblocked a stalled modernization program.
  • I built an event-driven data platform, from scraping through transformation to semantic search, and delivered a working MVP in about three months.

.NET 8, C#, MassTransit, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes

March 2022 to March 2024

.NET Lead Developer · Frontiers

I led technical delivery on two initiatives: a new product and a legacy modernisation with the Strangler Fig pattern. The role ended when the company closed its Polish operations.

  • I coordinated delivery for 20+ engineers in 2 teams, through 2 tech leads.
  • I broke a 3-month requirements deadlock by getting business and engineering to decide together.
  • I set up requirements intake and structured refinement, so the teams cleared open questions sooner.
  • I introduced shared standards: base components, C4 diagrams and CI/CD pipelines.

.NET 7, C#, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Core, CQRS, DDD, C4, UML, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SQL

September 2019 to February 2022

.NET Lead Developer · Ailleron

I owned the .NET authentication and authorisation module of a corporate banking platform written mostly in Java.

  • I grew the team from 4 to 16 engineers and split it into 2 teams.
  • I cut UAT-reported defects by about 60% in about a year, with structured logging and earlier detection.
  • I brought Apache Kafka and Cassandra into a legacy system for event-driven integration.
  • I mentored a senior developer into the tech lead role.

.NET 6, C#, ASP.NET Core, Apache Kafka, Cassandra, GitLab, Jira, Enterprise Architect, SQL

October 2018 to August 2019

Senior .NET Software Developer · Capgemini

I built tooling that automated Azure migrations for enterprise clients.

  • I wrote the application framework and the core design patterns the team built on.
  • I delivered 3 microservices for cloud automation.
  • I mentored 5 developers on .NET Core and Azure.

.NET Core 2.2, C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure, Docker Swarm, Microservices, CI/CD

May 2015 to September 2018

Early career · Pirios, COMP Soft, InitTec, BURY

  • BURY: I designed the system for designing and printing labels in automotive production. It printed 10,000+ labels a day.
  • COMP Soft: I built ERP extensions for the medical industry.
  • Pirios: I designed and built an SMS gateway for public emergency services.

.NET Framework, C#, WPF, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Entity Framework, Oracle DB, MS SQL Server

Built with agents

2025

A SaaS product of my own

TypeScript, React, Supabase

I built a SaaS product of my own with agents in Cursor. The stack was TypeScript, React and Supabase. By my count it reached 122k lines of code, 500+ commits and 100+ API endpoints.

Since February 2026

Yggdrasil

github.com/krzysztofdudek/Yggdrasil · npm @chrisdudek/yg

Say it once. I keep my architecture rules next to the code. Yggdrasil gives the agent the rules for the file it is about to edit. It checks every change in a pre-commit hook and in CI. Open source, MIT.

Since September 2026

Jarl

github.com/krzysztofdudek/JarlSkill

Every finding becomes an issue. Each issue gets a worker in its own copy of the repository, and nothing closes without evidence. I ran the 6.1.0 and 6.2.0 releases of my tools in it. Open source, MIT.

Since March 2026

ResearcherSkill

github.com/krzysztofdudek/ResearcherSkill

It asks me what to optimise and how to measure it. Then it runs experiments on its own branch, keeps what works and reverts what fails. Open source, MIT.
